When I lived in Salamanca, Bar La Parilla was a frequent stop of mine--at least twice a week for the wonderful morunos and costillas! (You really should have tried the ribs, they are fantastic!)
The lomo you had is simply called lomo, but the moruno is still my favorite. How I wish to go back!

Laura: if we ever get to spend more time in Salamanca, we'll probably end up doing the same as you -- spending a few nights a week at Bar La Prilla!
