Hi:

I've just discovered your blog and OMG this is hilarious! I read chinese but couldn't figure out how did they get the...name :-/

Hi there. I speak a little putonghua, but I can recognize only a few characters. So what does the Chinese name translate as? And, uh, what do I use them for?

Hi:

It means "prawn paste-radish" :) I've not seen this before but I guessed it should work fine with omelette and fried rice, or perhaps use as topping too (mince it if the textures is bit too coarse and fry it with little oil and minced garlic before use), hope it helps:)

Thanks!
